Responsibilities
Partnering with Sales Executives – Go beyond the pitch! Lead discovery sessions, build compelling demos, and run engaging workshops
Being the Tech Expert – Own the room as the go-to technical subject matter expert for the Sales team
Crafting Business Cases – Develop customer-specific proposals that drive decision-making
Collaborating with Customers – Work side-by-side with customers to design innovative solutions that meet their unique needs
Handling RFPs/RFIs – Support the Sales team in responding to key requests
Refining the Pitch – Help shape sales messaging and identify the “Aha!” moments that close deals
Influencing Product & Marketing – Provide insights that shape Centrical’s roadmap and messaging
Qualification
Required
5+ years of pre-sales experience selling to enterprise customers
SaaS/Software systems pro – You understand how to sell solutions, not just features
Powerful communicator – You're comfortable presenting to C-Level executives and customer stakeholders
A flexible, adaptable team player – You thrive in fast-paced environments
Sales-savvy and strategic – You can identify what it takes to win a deal
Willing to travel (up to 25%) to customer sites and our NYC HQ
Preferred
SQL database experience – Extra tech cred!
Fluency in Spanish – More languages more options!
Experience in HR, Change Management, Performance, or Learning Solutions – You get the industry!
