Responsibilities

Identify and target potential pharma customers through research and cold calling
Tradeshow set-up and attendance
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing solutions and support, and handling complaints and objections professionally and promptly
Track sales, provide regular reports on activities and results, analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities, and prepare and submit sales contracts and agreements. (CRM Tracking)
Present, promote, and sell testing services using solid arguments to prospective customers while maintaining a deep understanding of the testing services offered, staying updated on industry trends and market conditions, and providing detailed information to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up. Maintain customer relationships
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns, collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and market insights, and participate in team meetings to provide input on sales strategies

Required

Authorized to work in the United States, indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of the sales process
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and/or CRM software
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
1 – 3 years of related experience in Pharmaceutical Sales
Previous experience in laboratory testing sales
Located near St. Pete, Florida, or in New Jersey
