Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the semiconductor, software, and high-tech industries

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with with tier-1 customers, key decision-makers and stakeholders

Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and delivery teams to align customer needs with company solutions

Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to inform business strategy

Achieve and exceed revenue targets and business growth objectives

Required

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the semiconductor, software solutions, or high-tech industry

Strong existing network and customer relationships with tier-1 technology companies, such as AMD, Qualcomm, Google, Intel, Meta, and other major technology companies

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with global or cross-border customers

Strong understanding of technology solutions, outsourcing models, or engineering services

Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to business growth
