Responsibilities

Recruit strong sales executives
Develop and deliver sales training
Lead, and drive execution of the sales plan
Hold team accountable to KPI's
Monitor market and competitor landscape and bring ideas and strategies to leadership
Proactive communication to leadership, sales team, internal team, brokers and customers
Provide escalated support for key broker partners
Conduct sales meeting with sales executives to set strategies, sales plans and commitments with brokers within the region
Create weekly forecasts, consistent reporting, and quarterly business reviews (QBR)
Lead regular team meetings and 1-1 meetings with the sales executives
Attend events and deliver presentations to large and small audiences
Provide product, processes, and systems expertise to support the team, broker partners, and customers
Exceed quota

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work related experience
Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience and 3+ years in leadership position
