Help clients with protecting their legacy and their future through mortgage protection and life insurance
Obtain clients through a state of the art lead generation system
Follow up on the family's request for more information and meet clients virtually
If not licensed, assistance will be provided to get licensed
Teach new sales agents how to talk to people and provide them what they are looking for
Qualification
Required
Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role
Strong work ethic: You recognize the value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals
High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
