Grip-Tite Manufacturing is a leading U.S. manufacturer of foundation repair products and one of the fastest-growing utility brands in the industry. They are seeking a sharp, organized, relationship-driven professional to support growth initiatives and provide operational support in their Johnston, Iowa location.

Responsibilities
Support growth initiatives for both foundation and utility business segments
Provide daily administrative and operational support
Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate, timely information
Create, document, and improve processes that drive consistent customer communication and follow-up
Coordinate and execute dealer trainings, networking events, and customer-focused events
Answer inbound calls, assist customers, and process orders quickly and accurately
Deliver exceptional customer service that strengthens dealer and distributor relationships
Help manage internal projects and cross-department initiatives
Support with marketing needs, campaigns, trade shows and ongoing projects
Qualification
Required
Are highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Bring an upbeat, positive, team-first attitude every day
Possess strong scheduling, coordination, and follow-through skills
Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Live in—or are willing to relocate to—the Des Moines/Johnston, Iowa area
Preferred
Have experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform
Have experience in foundation repair, construction, or the utility market
