Recruitment Marketing Experience: Must have a demonstrated understanding of recruitment marketing best practices. Working knowledge of the Atlanta and healthcare recruitment markets is a plus

Creativity and Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft engaging stories and influence decision-makers
