Responsibilities
Develop marketing materials (real estate signage, flyers, brochures, etc.)
Assist with internal and external communications, news requests, PR notices, etc
Maintain company's website, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and industry-specific sites, etc
Ensures company is getting results from outside marketing vendors
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or Marketing
A college degree in Marketing or special Marketing or Graphic Design certification will also be considered applicable in lieu of experience
Candidate must already be familiar with how to use Adobe Suite products to create marketing materials in order to be successful at the job
Preferred
Experience in Property Management/Real Estate Marketing a plus
Ability to provide portfolio of previous work preferred
