Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle document proofreading to ensure clarity and correctness
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools for report creation, scheduling, and correspondence
Coordinate calendar management for executives or teams, scheduling appointments and meetings with attention to detail
Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing and expense tracking
Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing files for easy access
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent computer literacy including data entry, document proofreading, and file management
Strong multitasking abilities with effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
