Responsibilities
Work alongside the creative director to develop design strategies and execute concepts for packaging and branding explorations
Work along side and delegate to a team of intermediate and junior designers who will support you in rolling out concepts and providing day-to-day brand support for our accounts
Execute design deliverables across packaging, social, digital, and marketing channels while following specific branding guidelines and partnering brand assets
Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure consistency, clarity, and speed of delivery
Prepare production-ready files and final mechanicals with exceptional attention to detail regarding print processes and finishes
Work through multiple projects, priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality and alignment with creative direction
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, detail-driven and strategic designer
Experience with Brand Identity & Exploration
Packaging / Print Design Fluency, both in creative and final mechanicals
Presentation Design & Construction from start to finish
Marketing, Sales & Investor Deck Design
Digital Design Experience
5 - 10 years of professional design experience (agency or brand side preferred)
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong eye for typography, layout, symmetry and composition with proven experience designing for both print and digital
Excellent communication and file-organization habits
Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets & Slides
Emotionally intelligent, responsive, and collaborative
Preferred
Familiarity with Motion Graphics, After Effects and Figma
Oral Presentation Skills
