Director of Digital Marketing
Lynch Regenerative Medicine, LLC is a leader in regenerative biotherapeutics, and they are seeking a hands-on Director of Digital Marketing to lead their digital marketing initiatives. This role will focus on driving patient acquisition, brand engagement, and revenue growth through various digital channels while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals and patient journeys
Own performance marketing channels (paid search, display, social, retargeting) with a focus on ROI and conversion
Lead SEO strategy, content optimization, and technical improvements to increase organic visibility
Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor campaign performance, attribution, and funnel health
Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker) to inform decisions and uncover insights
Oversee website strategy, UX, and CRO initiatives to improve engagement and lead generation
Ensure digital properties are mobile-optimized, accessible, and HIPAA-compliant
Lead email, SMS, and marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve retention
Segment audiences by condition, behavior, and demographics for targeted outreach
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven success in healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, CMS)
Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, web analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of patient acquisition funnels, digital attribution, and omnichannel strategy
Experience managing websites, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore), and CRO tools
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
