This role ensures business continuity while proactively managing TSA services and collaborating closely with IT leadership and project managers for smooth execution.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT TSA management, ensuring continuity, budget oversight, billing support, and stranded cost mitigation

Drive TSA exit planning and execution, including service turn-downs and cost step-down identification

Coordinate with IT M&A tower leads and project teams to ensure timely, aligned delivery

Communicate IT exit plans and lead alignment sessions with stakeholders and SMEs

Identify risks and roadblocks, escalating as needed

Provide regular status reporting through TSA completion

Contribute to IT M&A TSA methodologies, standards, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree required

10+ years of relevant experience, including IT M&A, divestitures, and TSA management

Strong program and project management background in multinational environments

Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required

Preferred

MBA preferred

Prior consulting experience a plus
