Responsibilities
Serve as the district’s subject matter expert for Human Resources Information System (HRIS) configuration, data integrity, and compliance-related personnel data processes
Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for HRIS functions that support compensation, payroll, benefits, contracts, and reporting
Partner closely with Payroll, Information Services, and Talent Management leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant employee data across systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business, or a closely related field
Five (5) years of experience working with ERP or HR data systems required
Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or modifying HRIS solutions
Strong working knowledge of HR systems, HR processes, and data reporting
Preferred
Experience working in school systems or other public sector organizations preferred
Experience with Munis highly preferred
