Responsibilities
Design and build reusable, scalable PowerPoint templates aligned with brand guidelines
Implement modular components to enable rapid customization and consistent formatting
Ensure templates support dynamic content updates and automation
Develop and maintain integrations between Seismic and PowerPoint for automated content delivery
Utilize Seismic APIs to streamline workflows and enhance content personalization
Troubleshoot and optimize integration processes for efficiency and reliability
Work closely with marketing, sales enablement, and project stakeholders to understand requirements
Provide technical guidance on best practices for template design and Seismic usage
Document processes and create user guides for internal teams
Design, develop, and maintain software/web applications seismic platform including workflow automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in existing applications
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Seismic platform development, workflow automation and API integration
Technical Skills: API integration (Salesforce, Snowflake), Power Automate connectors, strong PowerPoint/Word skills with add-ins, SQL for variables
Focus Areas: Building integrations, custom content, and automating sales content delivery
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint template design, including advanced features (master slides, dynamic placeholders, etc.)
Familiarity with content automation workflows and sales enablement tools
Proficiency in programming languages is commonly used for API integration (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or .NET)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's Degree or master's in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field
Preferred
Experience in enterprise-scale content management systems
Understanding of branding and design principles for corporate presentations
