Responsibilities
Own end-to-end quality strategy for SaaS and AI platforms
Define and enforce quality standards across UI, API, data, and integrations
Lead manual, automation, and API testing teams
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams
Ensure release readiness through risk-based testing and metrics
Drive shift-left testing and continuous quality improvement
Oversee UAT, production validation, and defect prevention
Implement quality dashboards and reporting for leadership
Mentor QA leads and senior engineers
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Software Quality / Testing
Strong expertise in SaaS and enterprise application testing
Excellent knowledge of manual testing principles
Good understanding of test automation frameworks
Hands-on experience in API testing (REST, Postman, etc.)
Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience testing AI/ML-based or data-driven applications
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – conceptual)
Performance and security testing awareness
Certifications: CSPO / SAFe / ISTQB
Experience in large-scale enterprise systems
