Responsibilities
New Business Development – Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities
Outbound Calls – Make cold calls to generate leads and build relationships
Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong client connections
Multi-Tasking – Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office
Close Deals – Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Qualification
Required
Sales-Driven Mentality – Motivated and persistent, always aiming to exceed targets
Strong Communication Skills – Personable, persuasive, and clear
Problem-solver – Quick on your feet and solutions-oriented
Team Player – Works well in a collaborative environment
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales experience
