VP Sales, Content Extraction

Responsibilities

The CGSO will drive organizational change and synergies by translating strategic priorities across functions and units
Expand on our strategy of transitioning into a data and AI driven company
Responsible for conceptualizing and executing the go to market strategy, overseeing corporate strategy, development including M&A, marketing, and sales enablement & operations
Works closely with CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board to develop and execute strategy
Leads go to market team development and corporate development strategy alignment in close coordination with executive leadership and board over long term trends, outlook, near term challenges, business priorities & competitive intelligence
Key advisor to CEO on competitive landscape and global marketplace changes & trends
Develops go to market organization, delivering on quality revenue growth, deal size, NPS scores, and brand equity
Leading a team of around 100, prioritizing diversity, inclusion, and talent development
Engages external experts to influence business strategies and stays proactive about industry opportunities and risks
Direct line of responsibility to grow UK, EU and APAC Geos

Required

12-14 Years of experience in sales deals with large enterprise clients
Sales leaders who have a knack for being consultative advisors to insurance CIO/COO
Strong Understanding of Insurance industry and business
Ability to be a thought leader/social media campaigner for building new connects
Ability to structure large deals integrating business and technology
