Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder community, including Program Management, Product, Engineering, Scrum, and leadership, to scope, develop, and implement GenAI products
Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs to define detailed, actionable requirements and write user stories for engineering work
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and sustain an outcome-based roadmap grounded in customer insights and business priorities
Perform product testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance as well as conduct demos
Own and maintain products, utilizing feedback to iterate and refine features continuously
Drive the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-range plans
Partner with internal and external stakeholders (including vendors) throughout the end-to-end GenAI use case lifecycle
Prepare and deliver decks, reports, metrics, recommendations, and other resources to stakeholders and executives
Stay informed on emerging AI, LLM, machine learning, and similar technologies as well as the latest vendor offerings
Contribute to identifying reusable enterprise GenAI patterns to streamline future implementations
Identify opportunities to enhance products, improve operational processes, and drive overall efficiency

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
8+ years of related professional experience (e.g., experience in product management or development, ideally with a focus on AI)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in managing LLM based Conversational agents
Exceptional product management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, UI/UX principles, and conversational AI technologies
Preferred
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships and foster partnerships across teams
Advanced technical, quantitative, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving landscape
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and their application to product development
Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable
Proficiency with Lucidchart, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry
Knowledge of data governance, privacy and legal compliance, cyber security, and best practices in ethical AI
