Responsibilities

Coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define and implement data governance policies and best practices
Monitor and manage data quality, consistency, and completeness across core domains (e.g., test, client)
Work closely with data stewards, data owners, and technical teams to resolve data issues and align on data standards
Support data lifecycle management including data definitions, metadata, and lineage documentation
Help drive adoption of the MDM platform by collaborating across departments to align data processes and rules
Assist in data governance reporting, audits, and compliance activities

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a similar role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work across business and technical teams to enforce data governance standards

Preferred

Familiarity with MDM tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, Reltio)-Nice to Have
