Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources in skilled nursing or long-term care
Proficiency with HRIS software, preferably Paylocity
Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations
Excellent prioritization and delegation skills
