Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets, improve conversion rates, and meet customer sales budgets
Identify and implement strategic growth opportunities while promoting the sharing of best practices across the team
Review and refine sales processes, participate in weekly sales meetings, and define/manage KPIs (e.g., calls, site visits, sales performance)
Expand the customer base through new business development and strategic partnerships (e.g., garden centers, public structures)
Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and identify areas for improvement
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, highlighting performance metrics and opportunities
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying insights to drive continuous improvement
Evaluate and enhance the customer journey throughout the entire sales cycle

Required

Proven success in a sales management and leadership role within the manufacturing or construction industry
Experience working with luxury brands in a B2C environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team
Strategic mindset with a track record of identifying growth opportunities and executing effective sales strategies
Proficiency in sales-related IT systems (e.g., Microsoft NAV or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
