The role involves preparing inspection instructions, managing measurement equipment and calibration, and providing professional support for product measurement.

Responsibilities
Writing and developing inspection instructions in SOLIDWORKS, including analysis of drawing requirements, GD&T, and translating them into clear measurement guidelines
Selecting measurement equipment according to accuracy and tolerance requirements
Updating existing inspection instructions based on engineering changes
Working closely with Quality, Development, and Process engineers
Managing the inventory of measurement devices using the Matrix system, including tagging, traceability, and location tracking
Updating calibration records using the PDM system
Planning calibration activities with external accredited laboratories
Creating purchase orders for equipment and calibration services
Performing internal calibrations according to work instructions
Receiving calibration certificates and analyzing the results
Training employees in the proper use of measurement equipment and measurement methods
Performing Transfer‑to‑Production (TTP) tests on the production floor and documenting them within the inspection instructions
Qualification
Required
Practical Engineer (Mechanical/Quality)
Familiarity with measuring instruments and experience in measurement work
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS – required
Ability to read and understand inspection documents and technical specifications – technical English
Preferred
Experience working in a PDM environment – an advantage
