New Grad, Entry LevelGreen Haus Agency is a growing cannabis sales and trade marketing agency in New Jersey. They are seeking a personable and professional Brand Ambassador to represent their clients during in-store retail demos and activations, engaging directly with customers and educating them on cannabis products.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-store demos, pop-ups, and events with professionalism and enthusiasm
Educate customers and staff about brand story, product benefits, and usage
Engage with consumers in a friendly, approachable way that reflects brand values
Set up demo tables and displays (including signage, samples, and educational materials)
Track and report feedback, consumer interactions, and sales performance after each demo
Collaborate with retail staff to ensure a smooth, positive experience for customers
Travel throughout Northern New Jersey to various dispensaries and retail partners
Maintain compliance with all NJ State cannabis regulations during events
Qualification
Required
Personable, outgoing, and confident in public settings
Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and engaging
Basic knowledge of cannabis products, or willingness to learn quickly
Strong sense of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
Ability to lift and transport demo materials (up to ~25 lbs)
Flexible schedule: availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional events
Must be 21+ with valid ID
Comfortable traveling throughout NJ (mileage/transit reimbursed)
Preferred
Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, sales, retail, or cannabis industry
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and schedules
