Manage big-box retail TI projects across the West Coast (CA / AZ / OR)
Collaborate with a dedicated West Coast project administrator and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
Operate on West Coast hours, with remote work flexibility for the first year
Maintain strong client relationships and support long-term growth of the West Coast operation
Qualification
Required
3–5 years' experience as a Project Manager in retail or big-box TI construction
Proven ability to manage fast-paced, multi-site projects
Stable career history; loyalty and long-term growth are highly valued
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ambition to progress into a Senior PM or regional leadership role
