Responsibilities
Oversee OpenSpace activities across the supported sites
Define tasks and workflows support team, conduct weekly calls with them and champions to ensure smooth operations
Drive sustainment and expansion of OpenSpace, engaging other functions to promote adoption and marketing
Collaborate with immersive tech teams to enhance existing tools and explore future innovations
Manage leadership interactions, handling user onboarding, refresher training, new use cases, site expansions, and inquiries related to OpenSpace
Directly connect with the OpenSpace team as needed to address issues, product updates, or evolving requirements
Collaborate with vendor to bring tool enhancements, fix the issues
Act as the interface between the digital team and OpenSpace vendor for integration, ensuring alignment and seamless integration
Develop and document – guidelines, user guide, best practices / LL’s
Active networking with sites to collect use cases & business value savings
Power BI Dashboard Updates for the stewardship connects
Interface with the team for work status review and new opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
5+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in digital reality technology
Familiarity with Digital Reality tools or 360 video documentation tools (Eg. Veerum, Zynq360, Cintoo, Matterport, Cupix, OpenSpace)
Knowledge of Project execution activities in Oil and Gas or Construction industry
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in coordinating with multiple department stakeholders
