Client and Team Success Coordinator
Get Fully Funded is a nonprofit fundraising solutions organization dedicated to helping nonprofits achieve their fundraising goals. The Client and Team Success Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting the team and CEO, and assisting clients throughout their journey with the organization.

Responsibilities
Providing a great customer journey, from a prospect’s first email or phone call all the way up to their “graduation” when they no longer need our services
Helping our network of affiliates grow
Supporting our team and CEO with all the randomness a small business faces each month
Serve as the primary customer service representative, providing back-end and technical support to customers, responding to inquiries about our services, and resolving subscription payment issues – all within 24 business hours
Make recommendations for services by understanding the fundraising needs of prospective customers and clients and engaging in sales conversations via email, helpdesk, phone, or Zoom
Build and nurture relationships with customers and clients, including connecting them with supportive training resources, coordinating periodic client gifts, and gathering feedback and testimonials
Assist in preparing contracts for new clients and onboarding them
Field inquiries for speaking engagements from fundraising-related businesses, associations, conferences, seminars, etc. Help choose appropriate speaking engagements that gain maximum exposure to our ideal target audience and sales opportunities
Help grow and manage affiliate and referral marketing programs by identifying new affiliates, providing materials and support to all affiliates and referral partners to motivate them to increase their sales, and answering any questions
Identify and manage sponsors for our annual Inspired Fundraising Retreat. Work to deepen these relationships throughout the year
Work with the CEO to strategize sponsorships for other events and programs as needed
Partner with the CEO to develop joint venture relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships by actively seeking out these opportunities, building relationships, and creating win-win experiences
Help CEO oversee finance and HR aspects of the business
And other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent business experience
3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably Business to Consumer (B2C) inside sales
3+ years of customer service experience
Experience and comfort with all kinds of tech tools
Must have home office space in your home with the following requirements: Quiet work area in a location that provides privacy from other people, activities, and noise, Steady work surface, Comfortable chair, Pleasant, professional backdrop with few to no distractions in the background, Fast and reliable internet service, Passion for nonprofits and different types of causes
Outgoing people-person who's relationship focused, easy to talk to, compassionate, patient, and has a positive attitude and good sense of humor
Ability to read between the lines and be a good listener
Very detail oriented and organized, consistent, and eagerly takes on new tasks and responsibilities
Strong time and project management skills and adept at problem solving and prioritizing
Self-motivated, shows initiative, goes the extra mile, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Quick learner and very comfortable using (and learning new) technology and skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – in a virtual world, this a MUST!
Works well independently and also as part of a team, while being disciplined in working from home (lots of autonomy once trained)
Reliable and punctual with a fabulous work ethic
Preferred
Working knowledge of 501(c)(3) nonprofits and fundraising
