Export Account Executive
Page & Jones, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Export Account Executive to coordinate and process export shipments in compliance with U.S. and international regulations. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for export clients, ensuring accurate documentation and timely shipment of goods.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned export accounts, providing customer service, shipment coordination, and status updates
Prepare, review, and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, export bills of lading, and AES/EEI filings
Coordinate export shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
Verify shipping instructions, routing, and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance prior to export
Monitor shipments, address routine issues or delays, and escalate concerns as needed
Maintain accurate shipment records and client files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Communicate documentation and regulatory requirements to customers to ensure export compliance
Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, and export recordkeeping
Collaborate with internal departments including import operations, accounting, and compliance
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in the logistics or customs brokerage industry is preferred
Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience in the logistics or customs brokerage industry is preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, international business, or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
