Product Design
Responsibilities
Perform full Accounts Payable functions, resolving documentation and payment issues with managers, vendors, and clients
Record cash receipts and process electronic deposits
Process employee expense reimbursements and company credit card transactions
Set up and maintain client, vendor, and project data in Deltek accounting software
Maintain accurate and organized accounting files, project folders, and tracking sheets
Assist with preparation of monthly project billing and timely posting of consultant invoices
Support annual processes such as issuing 1099 tax forms
Request and track certificates of insurance
File and archive permanent project and client records
Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team and leadership
Assist with additional accounting duties as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in an accounting-related role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear and professional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Associate degree or higher
Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision
Experience with job cost coding
