Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of multiple, interdependent IT initiatives across supply chain, analytics, cybersecurity, and OT/physical security workstreams
Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and resource forecasts
Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests
Drive project governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise PMO standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare executive-level status updates, dashboards, and steering committee materials
Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements using structured methodologies
Translate business objectives into clear technical specifications, data requirements, and solution designs
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional working sessions
Manage requirement traceability and ensure delivery teams meet agreed-upon scope
Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT delivery teams, cybersecurity, supply chain, analytics, and OT/physical security groups
Coordinate activities across internal departments, vendors, and system integrators
Align delivery teams with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity policies, and compliance frameworks
Support roadmap development for cybersecurity maturity and OT/physical security expansion
Ensure IT initiatives align with security architecture, risk management policies, and regulatory mandates
Collaborate with cyber and OT stakeholders to embed security controls into all technology solutions
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in IT project management and business analysis roles
Proven experience delivering enterprise technology programs within utilities, energy, infrastructure, or other regulated industries
Strong background working with enterprise IT platforms, data solutions, and/or cybersecurity initiatives
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
Expertise in documentation, facilitation, and requirements management best practices
Preferred
Experience supporting supply chain systems, analytics platforms, or enterprise data lakes
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, OT environments, or physical security technologies
Prior consulting, PMO, or large-scale transformation program experience
