Apple is seeking an exceptional candidate for its modeling and verification team within the wireless silicon development group. The role involves modeling and verifying Analog/RF/Mixed-Signal blocks and SoCs using SystemVerilog, as well as developing behavioral models and test plans to meet project schedules and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Modeling and verifying Analog/RF/Mixed-Signal blocks and SOCs using SystemVerilog
Creating behavioral models, testbenches, checkers, and tests
Building and executing test plans to meet project schedules and quality requirements
Supporting multiple pre-silicon validation teams to ensure a fully functional first silicon

Required

Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree
Self-motivated individual contributor with a strong passion for the team's success
Knowledge of any of the ubiquitous wireless technologies: WiFi, BT, UWB or radio systems in general
Knowledge of basic analog circuits: PLLs, LDOs, Bandgap, and ADC/DAC
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Good understanding of emulation technologies and mixed-signal modeling requirements for synthesis-ready models
Knowledge of Mixed-Signal Verification and Real Numbered Modeling of Mixed-Signal Systems
Experience in modeling with SystemC and/or C/C++
Experience in writing scripts in languages such as Perl or Python
Knowledge of signal processing using Python or Matlab
Good understanding of AMS and wireless circuits/systems
Experience with SystemC modeling and high-level synthesis
