DigiStream Investigations is offering a Sales Internship that provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales operations and client relationship management. The Sales Intern will support the sales team with various tasks aimed at driving sales growth and enhancing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Understand our suite of investigative services in relation to the insurance risk industry

Attend and actively participate in weekly, sales and operational meetings

Log and document all sales-related activities in the CRM system

Assist the sales department in client correspondence related to case confirmations, status updates, and general follow up

Conduct research on the current market and identify opportunities for outreach and expansion

Assist the sales department in connecting with clients through general correspondence and on occasion attend external events such as customer outings, or local seminars

Work with the sales team to identify and connect with clients in the insurance risk industry

Collaborate with the internal sales team to process new referrals

Occasionally join the General Manager and Account Manager for external customer meetings

Perform other duties as assigned
