Responsibilities

Monitor campaign performance daily and react to deviations from plan quickly and strategically
Partner with search agency and engine reps to execute a program that represents a best in class campaign structure and audience strategy
Assist in sharing search marketing plans and performance for paid and organic search with key internal business partners. Attend appropriate meetings to understand business needs and manage agency as they execute plans within search to capitalize on trends, support category demand, promotions and/or brand campaigns
Submit and manage any creative requests to the creative team to support key promotions, seasonal products and campaign moments for all Search, Shopping and Demand Gen campaigns
Maintain internal reporting on a weekly basis to ensure source of truth campaign data is tracked and shared with the proper internal stakeholders
Perform deep dive search analyses often to understand key trends and work with agencies and engine reps to make recommendations or bring forth testing opportunities based on these analyses
Work cross-functionally with Analytics team for any updates needed for reporting or performance tracking
Monitor the marketplace and competitors, keeping the brand informed of industry best practices and updates among all SERP’s. Stay on top of digital marketing trends to keep Calvin Klein at the forefront; Identify and propose new opportunities appropriate for the brand
Help optimize the Calvin Klein website and advise the ecommerce team on creating new shops & refreshing metadata, bottom copy, and other on page elements based on SEO keyword research and best practices
Push for content expansion to stay on top of SEO landscape as trends and ranking metrics evolve
Lead efforts to elevate AI adoption across the brand to increase visibility in the space
Work cross-functionally with the site team for any joint projects or requests to optimize organic search for key category terms by aligning with consumer search behavior to deliver traffic growth. This may come down the pipeline as we enter into new seasonal, promotional, and campaign moments
Manage creative copy refreshes across the search account based on the season and brand campaign
Work cross-functionally with the tech, dev, and SEO agency to help implement any technical updates to the site based on SEO research, best practices, and business goals
Monitor any SEO implementations to report out and share findings with the respective internal team

Required

Bachelor Degree Required
Understanding of SEM and SEO best practices and experience in AdWords, SearchAds360, Google Search Console; Experience with search, shopping and demand gen campaigns
Strong grasp of retail math and performance marketing metrics, understanding of efficiency metrics
Data driven with strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to share learnings with the broader team
Ability to handle multiple priorities, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Can-do mindset and team player
Strong project management skills

Preferred

1 - 2 Years experience preferred
