Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of key online safety systems and features, including Safety Check, blocking capabilities, and user reporting systems
Facilitate the driving and support of the business’s evolution, collaborating seamlessly with internal and external cross-functional partners to swiftly construct and deploy effective solutions
Qualification
Required
5 years of program management experience with consumer-facing products
Experience in designing and operating highly distributed, scalable and available systems
Understanding of big data and machine learning systems, tools and technologies
Self-starting, self-directed, results producing and self-sufficient
Flexible and open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
Experience working in a dynamic, results driven environment
Comfortable managing ambiguity and working with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
Preferred
Strong technical proficiency, steadfast attention to details, persistent at follow up and demanding of quality
Proven track record of running complex cross functional software projects that support applications and services
International product development experience
Proficiency in applying project management and collaboration tools
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Hands-on experience building and delivering client software, web and internet services
