You'll be a core member of our product engineering team, owning major features and systems end-to-end
You'll work across our entire stack—from our React/TypeScript frontend to our Python/FastAPI backend and PostgreSQL database—building the platform that powers job referrals, payments, and workflows for thousands of home services professionals
Agentic AI systems that intelligently route and match in real-time
Workflow automation that reduces friction across complex processes
Platform integrations that connect fragmented software ecosystems
Mobile experiences built for users in the field
Qualification
Required
Senior full-stack software engineer with 3-6 years of backend engineering experience, ideally at fast-growing early-stage startups or as a founding engineer
Exceptional coding fundamentals: comfortable with quant-level technical problems while leveraging AI coding tools as force multipliers
Embrace AI: You use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate your work and in almost everything you do. You're comfortable building with LLMs and see automation as leverage, not a threat - you get frustrated by not optimizing AI tools to their full capacity
Operate with grit, speed and obsession: You have the intensity to thrive in a high-velocity environment and the work ethic to 'do what it takes' to build a transformational company—recognizing that true impact can require effort beyond 9–5 and a five-day week
You think in systems, obsess over the end customer, and aren't afraid to get into the weeds with users and code to deliver the tools they deserve
Founder mentality & energized by building: You've attempted to start your own company or been a founding team member
Technically deep, product-minded: You care about the 'why' behind features, not just the 'how.' You understand business context, how users interact with the product, and you actively participate in product decisions
You provide senior-level experience, but are an individual contributor with the ability to lead a project from 0→1 independently if needed
You have the ability to own critical product features end-to-end, from design through deployment
Preferred
Bonus if you've worked at a company that has marketplace, agentic routing workflows or projects with significant POS integrations
