Responsibilities
Machine & Mold Setup
Install molds, set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, time), and connect auxiliary equipment
Process Monitoring & Adjustment
Monitor runs, make real-time adjustments to maintain quality, and document changes
Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve issues with machines, molds, materials, or processes to prevent defects
Quality Control
Inspect parts for defects, ensuring they meet internal and external standards
Maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and report needed repairs on molds and equipment
Safety & Housekeeping
Adhere to safety protocols (OSHA, Lockout/Tagout) and maintain a clean work area (5S)
Qualification
Required
2 Year Technical Degree or Enrolled in a technical class or equivalent related experience plus 2 years experience as a Manufacturing Technician
Must have a strong electrical aptitude with the ability to work with vendors and suppliers
Strong and appropriate influencing skills and flexible work ethic is important
CAD Platforms. Solid Works, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Pro Engineering
