Responsibilities
Analyze customer behavior to identify drivers of churn, retention, and engagement
Evaluate marketing performance across channels and campaigns
Partner with stakeholders to define and track key KPIs (conversion, LTV, ROI, etc.)
Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and digital experiments
Measure the impact of new marketing initiatives and digital features
Provide recommendations based on test results and data insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar BI tools)
Ensure stakeholders have reliable, timely visibility into performance metrics
Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources
Perform exploratory analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Partner with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and quality
Quantify the business impact of marketing and digital initiatives
Support forecasting and business cases with data-backed insights
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Digital teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a data analytics role (marketing, customer, or digital analytics preferred)
Strong proficiency in SQL
Experience building dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
Solid understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, confidence intervals)
Experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests or experiments
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical audiences
