Responsibilities
Consult with client stakeholders to gather business and data requirements related to warehouse, transportation, inventory, and labor operations
Design and develop BI dashboards, data models, and operational KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, etc
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and reporting needs
Translate operational data into strategic recommendations for process improvement and network efficiency
Lead discovery workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions
Document current and future-state processes, technical requirements, KPIs, and solution specifications
Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, and SMEs to ensure delivery alignment
Communicate findings through executive-level presentations, operational scorecards, and structured analytics
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in supply chain, distribution operations, or logistics analytics
Hands-on experience developing BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Proficiency in SQL for data modeling, querying, and KPI calculations
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Ability to translate operational problems into analytical solutions
Experience working directly with customers, IT teams, and business stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executives
Preferred
Manhattan Associates Platforms: WMOS/MAWM. TMS, LMS
Knowledge of other WMS/TMS/LMS platforms (Blue Yonder, etc.)
Experience designing or improving warehouse KPIs
Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms
Scripting experience (Python, DAX, dbt, etc.)
