Responsibilities
Contribute to design, analysis and certification of our support apps
Interacting with cross-functional engineering and product teams to test features
Perform root cause analysis
Drive the quality of our customer's experience
Ensuring the quality of Apple's customer support experience
Craft informed and robust testing charters
Authoring test scenarios, scripts, and plans
Executing functional, performance, and stability testing
Write and review automation test scripts
Identify and report defects with first-level root cause analysis and consistent reproduction steps
Champion quality efforts by collaborating with test automation engineering, product management, and engineering program teams
Qualification
Required
4+ years experience in software quality assurance testing
Expertise with tools like Selenium, RestAssured, Protractor, Appium, XCode, Charles, Git etc
Proficiency in one or multiple languages such as Python, Java, Swift, Ruby etc
Preferred
Experience testing iOS native and Safari-based web applications
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practical experience integrating automated tests for continuous feedback
Attention to detail. A passion to get the little things right
