Responsibilities

Performing analyses of design, planning, occupancy, and impact studies

Cost analyses

Design requirements

Site selection

Limited design layouts

Designing and conducting experiments and analyzing and interpreting the data

Preparing project specifications and documents

Preparing and presenting drawings, visual aids, and presentations to clients

Performing quality control reviews, field reviews, inspections, and observations of ongoing construction projects

Providing technical guidance and assign tasks to junior and support staff in support of designated projects

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's of Architecture degree from an accredited university

Minimum 5+ years of design experience

Professional Registration required

Strong marketing, sales, production and team building skills

Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills

Proficiency with Revit (critical), AutoCad, Bluebeam and Affinity

Preferred

Experience with healthcare architecture strongly preferred
