Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project operations
Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
Track project schedules, budgets, and costs
Support procurement of materials and subcontractors
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Participate in project meetings and site visits as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of construction project experience (heavy civil preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to commute to Medley, FL 33178
Ability to relocate to Medley, FL 33178 before starting work
Preferred
Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Project, Excel)
