Responsibilities

Help develop & deliver against AI-powered sales efficiency roadmap by designing and developing internal automation tools to streamline sales processes

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tools are user-friendly and scalable and developing onboarding reports & training guides

Conduct discovery sessions to understand current workflows and AI usage

Develop an AI Enablement & Efficiency Deck with practical tips for leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day tasks

Qualification

AI tools developmentMicrosoft Power PlatformBusiness workflow optimizationData visualization toolsCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

3-7 years of experience

Proven experience in developing AI tools and automation solutions

Strong understanding of AI applicability in business workflows

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Familiarity with dashboard development and data visualization tools

Ability to translate technical solutions into user-friendly enablement materials

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience in sales enablement or enterprise workflow optimization

Knowledge of client mapping
