2+ years expOPTIMA packaging group is seeking a US Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the Marketing & Events Team Lead in executing marketing initiatives and events. The role focuses on logistics, content creation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns, trade shows, and promotional projects.

Responsibilities
Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows, industry events, and internal events such as holiday parties, luncheons, and more
Develop marketing collateral, social media posts, and newsletters in collaboration with the Manager
Support photography and videography needs by capturing photos and videos at events, in-office activities, and for marketing campaigns as required
Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and manage marketing materials (brochures, giveaways, trade show equipment)
Assist in managing vendor relationships and advertising contracts
Help maintain relationships with industry organizations and local partners
This position will work in close proximity with our central marketing department in Germany
May occasionally be asked to attend trade shows on-site
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or two-year marketing certificate with relevant experience
2+ years marketing experience, preferably B2B or in manufacturing environment
Strong organizational skills
Experience with marketing relevant software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Communication proficiency
Flexibility and ability to multitask
Ability to shoot and produce basic photo and video content
Preferred
German or other language a benefit, but not required
