This role focuses on practical AI implementation, primarily using LLM-based tools, and involves collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into working AI solutions.

Responsibilities
Implement and integrate AI solutions using Azure-based AI services and existing enterprise tools
Support LLM-powered capabilities such as chatbots, auto-summarization, and intelligent customer service automation
Connect AI tools to internal systems and data sources using APIs, workflows, and low-code platforms
Enhance customer-facing and internal AI solutions designed to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into working AI solutions
Monitor and improve deployed AI solutions for performance and reliability
Document workflows, integrations, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Experience working in the Azure ecosystem
Hands-on experience implementing or integrating AI-enabled tools (chatbots, copilots, summarization, automation)
Experience with Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar workflow/low-code platforms
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Preferred
Experience with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI)
Background in application development, automation, or systems integration
Experience supporting customer service or contact-center platforms
Agile or sprint-based delivery experience
