Responsibilities
Drive the development of advanced AC/DC power systems design across the organization
Lead collaboration across a diverse, multi-functional team to deliver high-volume power solutions
Define and develop advanced AC/DC power systems
Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall program objectives, focusing on engineering design, development planning, and validation cycles
Qualification
Required
BS/MS Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
3 yrs minimum of relevant hardware engineering experience in consumer electronics
3 yrs minimum of project management experience - proven track record of managing complex hardware product schedules and engineering builds, down to the smallest details
Ability to operate well in an environment with rapid development cycles and constant change
Curiosity and action-orientated mindset
Ability and willingness to travel internationally if required
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience as primary point of contact with international vendors and contract manufacturing partners to establish a daily assembly/build input plan, provide clear direction and guidance to meet the program and build objectives
Experience driving a highly diverse set of cross-functional team members and perspectives while yielding the best possible product solution
Ability to work on strategic tasks and solve for ambiguous, open ended goals
