Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and optimize PRB Collection’s e-commerce website
Develop and implement new website features, integrations, and performance improvements
Monitor and enhance website security, data protection, and system integrity
Identify and resolve technical issues related to hosting, servers, and site performance
Manage backups, updates, and patches across web and internal systems
Support internal IT needs (hardware, software, user access, troubleshooting)
Work with leadership and marketing teams on technical solutions and growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with best practices for cybersecurity, privacy, and data management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in web development and coding
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
Strong understanding of website security, firewalls, and data protection best practices
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Ability to Relocate: High Point, NC 27260: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
Experience with cybersecurity audits and vulnerability testing
Knowledge of APIs, databases, and integrations
Familiarity with inventory systems
Experience supporting small-to-mid-size businesses in an IT role
