Responsibilities
Responsible for billing transactions, ensuring that costs billable to appropriate parties are billed correctly and timely
Prepare and research journal entries for auditing and posting. Reconciles recurring, standard accounts
Prepare and distribute billing reports and spreadsheets
Enter charges into a billing software program to create administrative invoices
Communication with operational management teams
Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies. Research & resolve problems and/or unusual items
Participate in internal and external audits and monitor open audit points
Participate in special projects. Define and implement processes and procedures that the department will use to support new products, processes, etc
Perform variance analysis and report the results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, or High School degree and at least 4 years of related experience
Intermediate level of Excel, Word and Outlook
Outstanding communication skills
