Growth Marketing Manager
Coennect is building the modern Center of Excellence platform for enterprise SaaS, and they are seeking a Go To Market Manager to translate product capability into clear market narratives and orchestrate GTM execution. This role involves defining GTM strategy, building campaigns, enabling sales, and refining messaging throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Own GTM strategy and execution for Coennect’s core audiences, including Salesforce CoE leaders, platform owners, architects, security leaders, and executives
Translate product capabilities into clear positioning, messaging, and use case driven narratives
Design and execute GTM campaigns across content, events, outbound support, partner motions, and product launches
Build and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, demo narratives, battlecards, use case frameworks, and launch materials
Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline creation, deal progression, and enterprise buying conversations
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmap, launches, and messaging with real customer problems
Analyze GTM performance, pipeline signals, and campaign results to continuously refine strategy and execution
Support founder led selling and early enterprise deals with research, messaging, and account specific preparation
This role does not manage a team. It is designed for someone who wants to both think strategically and execute directly
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS go to market, product marketing, demand generation, or revenue focused marketing roles
Proven experience operating hands on across GTM strategy and execution
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS buying motions and multi stakeholder sales cycles
Ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for technical and business audiences
Comfort working in a fast moving, early stage environment with high ownership and ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, enterprise platforms, or Centers of Excellence
Background in governance, analytics, platform operations, or enterprise IT
Experience supporting founder led sales or early GTM motions
