Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to empower end-users and partners

Engage and collaborate with partners and end-users to optimize their utilization of Geotab's technology and solutions

Collaborate with revenue-generating teams as a key technical resource to identify and deliver effective solutions for customer challenges through discovery and technical demonstrations

Ensure partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt and accurate service and insights

Support partner upskilling and excellence across unique channels using industry best practices

Assess and analyze business challenges to identify Geotab’s viability and propose alternative approaches

Contribute to the continuous improvement of company offerings by providing partner and end-user feedback to the Product team

Maintain accurate documentation of customer engagements, solution designs, and deliverables

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

3 - 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Engineering Support, or Software Development

Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs (Python, SQL, Java, or C#), and related technologies

Experience with Agile Work Management (JIRA), CRM tools (Salesforce), and data visualization tools like Power BI

Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel; a valid passport is required

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to growing market demands
