Flossy is building a conversational AI platform in dentistry and is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified conversations with dental practices. The SDR will focus on booking meetings for the AE team through outbound efforts, utilizing modern tools and strategies to engage potential clients.

Responsibilities

Prospect into dental practices (solo + small group practices, and emerging DSOs)
Book qualified meetings through calls, emails, and text follow-up
Use tools like HubSpot + enrichment platforms to build accurate contact lists
Personalize outreach with relevance (not fluff)
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
Log activity cleanly and consistently (so we can scale what works)
Improve weekly by testing messaging, talk tracks, and follow-up strategies

Preferred

Experience selling into dental / healthcare
Experience with HubSpot, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach
Prior SDR performance in a fast-paced role
