Engagement Marketer (Part Time)
Grid is a fast-growing company aiming to level the financial playing field by creating innovative financial products. The Engagement Marketer will design and execute campaigns to activate and retain customers, leveraging both creativity and analytics.

Responsibilities
Design and launch engagement campaigns across email, push, and in-app
Own lifecycle messaging strategy to drive activation and retention
Run A/B tests on messaging, incentives, timing, and channels
Analyze performance and ROI across all engagement efforts
Use behavioral data to identify patterns and growth opportunities
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
Build repeatable playbooks for challenges, promotions, and launches
Qualification
Required
Creative + analytical mindset
Strong sense of ownership and initiative
Deep customer empathy
Experience in engagement, lifecycle, or retention marketing
Hands-on with email and push notification campaigns
Comfort with analytics, dashboards, and basic SQL or spreadsheets
Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing
Strong written communication skills
Comfort working with CRMs and marketing automation tools
Preferred
Interest in consumer financial services is a plus
